orbitalkarma.com is operated and the services are provided by Ascendance LLC.

Orbital Karma provides personalized birth charts, daily, monthly, and yearly horoscopes, palm and tarot readings, an astrology chat guide, and related digital content.

For a birth chart, we use the birth date, time, and place you provide to calculate astronomical positions for that moment and generate an astrological interpretation.

The service is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not science, a factual prediction, or professional advice. The Disclaimer explains this limitation and forms part of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a subscription.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use an email address that belongs to you.

Completing the free quiz does not itself create a paid subscription. We ask reflective questions first, then collect the birth details needed for the chart. At the final step, we ask for your name, email, and agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy so the reading can be saved.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars before checkout. You may choose the $7.99 monthly plan or the $49.99 annual plan. The first 3 days of the monthly plan cost $2.00 and are charged immediately. Unless you cancel before the end of that period, the subscription continues at $7.99 per month. The annual plan is charged immediately.

Each plan renews automatically at the price shown before checkout until you cancel. Any taxes required at checkout may be added or included as displayed before you confirm payment.

Stripe processes payments. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Access begins after the first successful payment and remains available while your subscription is active. If a later payment fails, access may be suspended.

Access is initially recognized in the browser used for checkout. On another device, use the sign-in pagewith the checkout email address or Google sign-in.

Access is personal to you and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or used to provide a competing service.

You can manage your plan, payment method, and invoices through Manage subscription in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the period already paid for.

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through Stripe’s customer portal. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in the portal.

After you cancel, your paid access normally continues through the end of the current billing period. Canceling does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.

If you believe a charge was made in error, use the billing request form or email hello@orbitalkarma.com. We will review the request and provide any refund required by applicable law.

If the service does not work as described, or you do not receive the digital service because of our error, contact us. When we cannot correct the issue, we will provide any refund required by law and may offer an appropriate refund at our discretion.

Because astrological interpretation is subjective, disagreement with a reading or a reading not matching expectations is not by itself evidence that the service was defective.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a right to a prorated refund for time already paid. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.

You agree not to:

• upload another person’s image without their permission;
• upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, or intimate content;
• scrape, automate, reproduce, resell, or use the service to build a competing product;
• attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or security measures;
• interfere with the website or use it in violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for a serious violation. A termination for misuse does not create a refund right except where required by law.

The website’s software, design, original text, and graphics belong to Ascendance LLC or are used with permission.

You may save, print, and share your personal reading for personal, noncommercial use. You may not resell it or present it as your own paid service.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free interpretations.

You remain responsible for decisions based on website content, especially decisions concerning health, safety, money, law, or relationships.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.

We may update the service and these Terms. The version shown at the time of purchase governs the period already paid for. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material subscription or pricing changes and an opportunity to cancel before a new price is charged.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to Ascendance LLC and to you, without limiting consumer protections that cannot legally be waived. Any court with mandatory jurisdiction remains available to you.

Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. You may also contact your state attorney general or submit a consumer report through the Federal Trade Commission.
